The integumentary system is a complex and multifunctional organ system that serves as the body’s protective shield, encompassing the skin, hair, nails, and various accessory structures. In this engaging video, learners will gain valuable insights into how this system functions, its key components, and the role it plays in wound healing, temperature regulation, protection, and sensory perception.
